Artist Statement
My art shares the mystery and the symbolism of my visions and dreams. I paint to communicate my understanding of this incredible journey we call life. My art work reflects my belief that we as souls are eternal and that we know the eternal truth. My drawings show an interconnection of dimensions, and I’m persistent in trying to communicate through symbols my conviction that "we" human beings, coexist in a multi-dimensional world surrounded by other undetected forms of life.
I paint in a state of trance and I can stay working for very long periods of time. Once I start working on an art piece I am consumed by it and I am unable to stop or do anything else until I’m done. It’s a very healing process and it brings me balance and piece.
Colors
When I work with colors I become happy and dandy hoping around like a child. In my early years I worked a lot with pastels specially when developing aboriginal cave themes. Lately I have been very attracted to bright passionate colors. Presently I seek for contrast and strong statements in my art. I want to be able to look at it and say - UAU! This is amazing.
Black and White
When I started drawing in 2000 I only worked with ink on paper. For almost two years I never used color. All my drawings were very geometrical and precise but at the same time very expressive and some pieces very symbolic.
Themes
I have organized my art in themes which helps to simply define the different phases of my work. These themes by order of development are: Tribal Magic, Aboriginal Caves, Abstract Dreams, ET series, Fiesta, Shadows, Fantasia, & Obsession.
Commissioned Work
I am able to read people’s energy fields and I have the ability to draw and paint my own version of it on different mediums. Most of my commissioned art work is from people who seek my vision in an abstract form. I let the client choose the medium and the price is calculated on the level of hardship of development of the art work as well as material costs.
Final words
I’ve learned a lot in the process of making my art and getting it out into the world. I believe using our creativity makes the world a better place for everyone.
I believe everyone can participate in that process.
I contribute as an artist and a musician, .And maybe other ways I don’t know about yet. I have a very simple vision: to share love with the people of the world without regard to their age, gender, or religion.
